Show Me the Ropes: Misshattan Teaches Peter Hurley Aerial Photography
Misshattan, a veteran aerial photographer, is teaming up with renowned photographer Peter Hurley on a mission to take the art of aerial photography to the next level.
Misshattan, a professional aerial photographer from NYC, was recently invited to join forces with renowned photographer Peter Hurley to help take aerial photography to the next level. For Misshattan, it’s an opportunity to mentor and help teach Hurley some of the key principles of aerial photography. By combining Hurley’s technical expertise with her own artistic vision, the two hope to create stunning works of art that will leave an indelible mark in the photography world.
Misshattan and Hurley have already planned out a set of intense workshops that will allow them to explore various techniques and hone their skills. Through the workshops, Hurley will learn the basics of aerial photography such as capturing clear images from overhead, getting the proper camera setting and angles, and selecting the right filters and lens for various conditions. Misshattan will also show Hurley some of her signature techniques so that he can take them and use them in his own work.
The two have also assembled an impressive array of equipment, including drones, balloons and gliders, that will give them the freedom to explore unusual angles and capture extraordinary perspectives. As they venture out and experiment with their equipment, they will also get to enjoy beautiful sceneries and capture unique moments.
It will certainly be an adventurous journey for Misshattan and Hurley, and one that will allow them to both learn from each other and create something truly special. In the end, they hope to make aerial photography accessible to more people and show the world that an ordinary landscape can become something extraordinary with the right approach.
