Nikon launches a new line of cameras exclusively for portrait photography. Nikon has dropped its latest line of cameras built specifically for portrait photography. At the core of this new system is the Nikon Z Mirrorless Camera with a 24.5mp BSI CMOS sensor and an all-new, ultra-efficient image processor. This allows for a much higher resolution and better image quality than previous models. A newly developed portrait lens kit is also available, providing a range of focal lengths tailored to the field of portrait photography.

Apple releases a new range of iPhones for 2020. Apple this week unveiled its latest range of iPhones for 2020. The lineup consists of the iPhone 11, the 11 Pro, and the 11 Pro Max. The 11 offers an updated LCD display with asymmetrical softer curves, while the Pro models feature a new and improved OLED Super Retina XDR display. Apple also announced the A13 Bionic processor chip, which reportedly provides 20% faster performance than the previous generation. Other features include a dual-lens 10MP selfie camera and new dual-SIM capabilities.

Panasonic introduces a hybrid 4K/8K camera. Panasonic has officially unveiled the world’s first hybrid 4K/8K camera system. This groundbreaking system consists of an interchangeable lens camera with an 8K mode that can also be downscaled to 4K if desired. The 8K video can be captured at up to 60p, while the stills can be recorded at up to 30 megapixels in size. The system is also equipped with other features such as an adjustable ISO range, dual card slots, 10-bit recording, and a new auto-focus system.

Sony debuts the world’s first full-frame video camera. Sony has announced the world’s first full-frame video camera. This camera, called the FX6, is equipped with a newly developed 4K full-frame sensor and a 14-stop dynamic range. Other features include dual slots for recording 10-bit 4K and 120 fps in full-HD. The camera is also capable of recording in 12-bit raw at up to 5fps. The FX6 also features an OLED viewfinder with accurate exposure monitoring, as well as a dual XLR audio interface for advanced sound recording.
