Aputure Announces Two High-Output LED Fixtures with Spot and Fresnel Modifiers
Aputure has unveiled two new high-output LED fixtures featuring spot and fresnel modifiers. The Aputure Light Storm CL 1C and Light Storm CL 180C offer both spot and fresnel lighting styles, and a range of color temperature and beam angle options as well.
Both fixtures are designed to provide high-end lighting quality on a budget. The Aputure Light Storm CL 1C offers a range of beam angles from 25° to 90°, and produces up to 8500 lux at 6 feet (1.8m), as well as an adjustable color temperature range of 3100K-5600K. The Light Storm CL 180C has a higher output up to 10400 lux at 6 feet (1.8m), and a slightly wider beam angle range of 24°-75°.
The fixtures are built with versatility in mind. Both lights can be remotely operated using the Aputure Digital Light Meter, which allows users to control intensity as well as color temperature with the press of a button. Additionally, they can be used with a variety of modifiers such as barndoors, grids, snoots, and more.
